The group consists now of about 30 dancers, woman and man. The members' age starts at 16 till .....
The repertoire is a combination of traditional and newly created folk dances. Certain dances origin from centuries ago. Most dances have been created in the 19th century.
The dances are in relationship to the most important moments of men's live, such as: birth, wedding, etc. or have been inspired by nature: the seasons, fertility, harvesting, etc.
All our dances are performed in various traditional costumes. Performances are always accompanied by our live orchestra. Choreography and music composition have been done by members of the group.
We rehearse at least every week, and more if necessary in function of future performances.
