Belgium consists of 4 regions: Flanders, Wallonia, Brussels and the German speaking region. Every region has an individual government. In addition there is also the Belgian government, as a federal government.
Flanders has about 60% of the population, and has a very famous history. Flanders has a very solid reputation in Europe, as wel on economical as on cultural basis.

The folk dance group Canteclaer is situated in Zwevegem. The group is dancing mainly Flemish folkloristic dances.

Zwevegem counts about 24 000 citizens. It is a very busy commercial and industrial centre. From Zwevegem to the Belgian cost is about 50 km, and about 100 km away from  Brussels
